“At Waypoints we regard each and every one
of our residents as an individual...”

Care home manager

Living with dementia can, with the right care and support, be rich with love, laughter, friendship, activity, and dignity.

At Waypoints we regard each and every one of our residents as an individual and the whole focus of our care is ensuring their needs are respected and met all the time. Just as you don't have rigid timetables for life in your own home - at Waypoints we don't dictate how residents live. We are able to respond to their preferences and adapt to changes in their behaviour and health.

The quality of the home environment is also really important for the welfare of residents and we often have professional and social visitors comment on how much they enjoy their time with us.

It's difficult to quantify but many people comment on the tangible, happy and positive atmosphere when they walk into our homes.
